Company description

Pro Image Signs & Printing has been serving the print needs of the Bow Valley since 2010. We offer printing from simple photographs to full museum exhibits with custom fixtures and just about everything in between.

Job description

Work includes: working with customers to create orders, setup of work orders, file preparation for printing, setup of sheet-fed printers, setup of roll-fed printers (aqueous/solvent/eco-solvent). Some finishing tasks. General maintenance of printers. Pre-press and setup of files provided by customers. Some layout and design tasks. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Graphic design certificate or equivalent experience, proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Proficiency in the PC environment.

Additional experience working in a print shop, sign shop and/or with large format printing equipment a plus. Website development experience also a benefit.

Physical requirements: Part of this job will require the ability to load both large and small format printers which will include the handling of heavy media boxes. The ability to lift 50lbs or more will be required.
