Pro Image Signs & Printing has been serving the print needs of the Bow Valley since 2010. We offer printing from simple photographs to full museum exhibits with custom fixtures and just about everything in-between.

Job description

Our Administrative Assistant position is a link between our customers and our internal teams. This role is responsible for primary customer communication, quoting projects, creation of orders within our digital workflow, ensuring team members are updated on changes and seeing the completed orders are successfully quality-checked, creation and collection of invoices and other general bookkeeping duties. Liaising with suppliers and ordering stock.

Requirements

Bookkeeping experience, accounting technician certificate or 3 to 5 years experience in project management in a similar administrative role within the printing or sign industry. Ability to work within, and be a catylist within a team. Familiarity of the workflow in the print, sign, creative industries and those involving light manufacture. Experience with deadline based projects and workback schedules will be considered an asset. Proficient in Microsoft office suite and quickbooks. Proficiency in the PC environment. Additional experience working in a print shop, sign shop and/or with large format printing equipment a plus. Part of this role is a front-facing customer service role and excellent customer service skills is a must.

Our ideal candidate is someone that has been working within the printing or sign industry for several years and is familiar with the daily operation of a shop like ours. This may be someone who has worked in different roles and learned a variety of tasks, but also is a self starter and understands quoting processes, supply-chain, timelines, deadlines and profitability.
