The Role:

As an attendant in our food and beverage outlets, you will be instrumental in providing the highest quality of service to our guests by working alongside and supporting the front-of-house service team. Reporting to the Restaurant leadership team, the primary responsibilities are greeting and seating guests, answering the restaurant reservations line, running food and drinks, supporting bartenders with glassware replenishment and polishing, clearing tables, setting tables, and replenishing buffet lines and service stations. You may also work in-room dining serving shifts, where you will be responsible to: take in-room dining orders, prepare the delivery service tray, deliver to the guest room, take payment, and provide a follow-up quality call.

Job duties:

Reporting to the Outlets Manager, the primary responsibilities are:

Provide the highest quality of service to our guests by working alongside and supporting the front-of-house service team.
Running food and drinks, clearing tables, setting tables, and replenishing buffet lines and service stations.
Support bartenders with glassware polishing and replenishment.
Restaurant hosting responsibilities of greeting guests, taking reservations, and guiding guests to their assigned tables.
Serve guests through In-Room Dining, which includes answering room service calls, setting up room service trays, delivering the order to the guest room, and taking payment.
Provide information about the restaurant, hotel and surrounding area to guests.
Maintain a team-focused, positive and productive relationship with all co-workers.
All other duties as may be required from time to time to ensure a high level of service and operational excellence are achieved.
Employment Experience and Educational Requirements:

Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for excellent guest service
Excellent grooming and professional presentation
Well organized during both slow and busy periods
Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage operations including dining reservations.
Top candidates possess excellent communication and organizational skills, fluency in English (other languages considered and asset)
Self-motivated and are able to produce accurate work and provide exceptional guest service
You will have your Alberta ProServe, and have experience in a similar role
