Mount Norquay is hiring a Lift Attendant for the remainder of the Winter season! If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, working outdoors, we are looking for you!

Who is Mount Norquay? A small & iconic resort in Banff, AB. We're the closest ski hill from Banff and we have a rewarding and fast-paced & relaxed work environment.

Duties may include:
- Safely loading and unloading guests, adhering to all operational and safety procedures

- Assessing guest needs and chair lift requirements in a safe and efficient manner

- Providing the best customer service

- Scanning lift tickets

- Be able to communicate through our radio system

This role is based outside and you must be willing to work in all weather conditions.

Requirements

- Be Physically fit

- Customer service experience or willing to learn.

- Able to perform tasks with respect to company policies and procedures

-Wear company uniform all times and adhere to grooming policies

-Previous experience skiing or snowboarding

Supplemental Pay

- Bonus pay
