**Job Overview:**

Looking for a flexible job in a fun environment? Join us at Coyotes, an open-concept kitchen in the heart of downtown Banff! We're looking for someone to work 2-3 evenings a week, 5/6pm to approximately 10/11 PM (depending on business).

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.

**Responsibilities:**

- Clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils

- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly

- Follow sanitation policies in handling and storing food

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
