Full job description
The Coordinator, Visitor Services enhances the overall visitor experience of Banff and Lake Louise by coordinating initiatives and projects that support locals and frontline teams.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling Ambassador Program sessions, managing facilitators, and ensuring all presentation materials and scripts are up to date. You'll also handle reporting and keep everyone involved with the program informed on the latest destination information. Additionally, you will be pro-actively engaging with frontline teams, providing real-time updates and key messaging to share with visitors, supporting the overall in-destination visitor experience.
