Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.

Responsibilities

Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences and current trends.
Sanitate tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain an organized front desk area, managing appointments and walk-ins efficiently.
Foster a positive atmosphere by building rapport with clients and providing excellent customer service.
Stay updated on the latest hair styling techniques and trends to offer clients the best options available.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong skills in hair styling, cutting techniques, and grooming services.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in retail sales and upselling is a plus.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workspace.
A valid barbering license as required by state regulations is mandatory.
