We are seeking a Stock Associate to join our team and help keep our store running smoothly. If you thrive in an organized, hands-on role and love the idea of working in Banff National Park, this is the opportunity for you.

Location: Banff, AB

Schedule: Full-time - Seasonal Position

Key Responsibilities

· Merchandise Receiving: Assist with receiving merchandise accurately and in accordance with store policies.

· Documentation Compliance: Ensure all required documentation is properly completed when receiving goods to maintain accurate records.

· Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, ensuring easy access to merchandise.

· Daily Restocking: Re-stock the store floor each day to ensure product availability and an inviting shopping experience.

· POS & Sales Floor Training: Gain hands-on training with the POS system and assist customers as needed.

· Store Standards Maintenance: Uphold high store standards, ensuring a well-presented and customer-friendly environment.

· Customer Experience Focus: Work with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and assist in creating a great shopping experience.

· Growth and Development: Embrace opportunities for learning and skill-building in a supportive team environment.

On your resume, we’ll be looking for the following qualifications:

·Previous experience in stocking, receiving, inventory management, or retail operations preferred

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly

· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed

· Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
