Big Bear Trading Co. is hiring Sales Associates for the upcoming season! We are Banff's adventure lifestyle brand, located in beautiful Banff National Park. We are a family-owned business that has been creating exciting shopping experiences for over 100 years. Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist customers in finding the perfect products

· Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately

· Maintain knowledge of promotions, sales, and store policies

· Keep the store organized, stocked, and inviting

· Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a fun and engaging atmosphere

· Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and preferences

On Your Resume, We’ll Be Looking For the Following Qualifications:

· Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service

· Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

· Reliable and able to work evenings and weekends

· Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment

· Ability to assess customer needs and provide helpful solutions

· Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and moving throughout the sales floor
