What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand of the management team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and providing top-tier customer service. Your days will be a mix of customer interaction, team leadership, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

Support the team by overseeing daily operations, making sure everything is running efficiently.
Provide outstanding customer service—whether assisting with rentals, answering questions, or handling concerns.
Train and motivate staff to deliver their best every day.
Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
Jump in wherever needed—whether that’s helping customers, ensuring vehicles are ready to go, or keeping the team organized.
Work closely with upper management to implement policies, improve processes, and help the business grow.
