Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Duties:
- Take customer orders and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and policies
