Banff Park Lodge Collection of Hotels operates 3 hotel properties - Banff Park Lodge, Bow View Lodge, and Peaks Hotel & Suites - and 2 restaurants - La Terrazza and Crave Mountain Grill. - all with an ideal location, steps away from lively downtown Banff on one side and from the peaceful Bow River on the other.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Improve service and profitability
Train new and existing staff
Support staff by taking a hands-on approach to ensure great customer service
Ensure food, beverage, and service quality control
Address guest complaints quickly and professionally
Describe and advise on menu items and daily specials
Describe and advise on wine selection and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
Present bills to customers and accept payments
Flexible schedule required
Ideal Candidate:

Wine certification required
Has a minimum of 1 year of food and beverage supervisor experience
Alberta Pro Serve certificate required
Has a dynamic personality and excellent customer service skills
Brings a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
Shows strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for training
