Full job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for supporting BDH’s Manager to achieve revenue and sales targets and provide front line team leadership as required. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales to achieve revenue targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Assist with visual merchandising and ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained.
Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise as needed.
Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective sales growth strategies.
Work collaboratively with BDH Manager to provide front end leadership to sales team.
Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
Support Manager with social channel content/management and online store as required/requested.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role
Proven ability to drive sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with store management software systems (e.g., inventory management, point of sale)
Confirmed housing in Bow Valley
