Rental attendants provide an outstanding experience for our guests. Attendants assist and outfit guests with a variety of rental equipment in a timely, professional manner. They also process payments and answer guest queries in a fast-paced environment. This can be a physically demanding position requiring manual labour and lifting.

Essential Functions
Determine and assist guests their equipment needs in a knowledgeable manner
A good understanding of ski and snowboard equipment
Provide outstanding service
Complete accurate, daily cash-outs
Other duties as assigned
Experience/Requirements
Previous guest service experience
Previous cash handling experience
Knowledge of equipment repairs and tuning is an asset
Experience with POS systems is an asset
Strong teamwork, communication and time management skills
This role is subject to all terms and conditions of the Sunshine Village Employee Handbook and Policy Manual, and the Alberta Employment Standards Code.
