Wild Flour bakery is a bustling spot in downtown Banff, famous for our fresh bread, pastries and quality coffee. Locals and visitors love to gather here and discuss the day's adventures. We give back to our community and care for our environment, including sourcing ingredients from local producers and zero-waste practices. Come be part of the atmosphere!

As a contributor to the kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean and organized work environment and assisting with basic food preparation and production. You will work with fresh, healthy ingredients to create an abundance of handmade wholesome food. The Dishwasher/Prep Cook ensures the food qualify always meets and exceeds Wild Flour’s standards on a daily basis while operating in compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety handling guidelines.

KEY SKILLS:

*Must be available on Saturday/Sundays from 8 AM - 4 PM*
Previous kitchen experience (1 year) as a prep cook.
Passion for nourishing food and sustainable practices.
Motivated and creative team player.
Positive attitude.
