Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient food service environment. The ideal candidate will support food preparation and ensure all dishes are prepared and served in accordance with food safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and basic meal assembly under the supervision of the chef or kitchen manager.
Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and ensuring all food handling procedures meet safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, prep areas, and storage spaces throughout shifts.
Follow proper food safety protocols during meal preparation and service.
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by performing various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation.
Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Familiarity with serving, food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly is advantageous.
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is a plus.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
