COWS ICE CREAM SCOOPER
Job Description

Reports to: Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager
Division: COWS Ice Cream

Summary of Position:

The Ice Cream Scooper is responsible for providing “COWS World Class Service” to our customers in serving COWS premium ice cream and related products. The ideal candidate is high-spirited, energized by giving customers a wonderful COWS experience, and up to the challenge of an upbeat, fast-paced environment. This person is also responsible for the day-to-day operation of the ice cream counter, and is expected to be a team player.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Demonstrating an excellence for customer service
Greeting and serving ice cream products customers, in accordance with COWS’ methods and following all safe food handling practices
Knowledge about and ability to prepare all menu items
Preparation of cone batter, waffle cones and dishes
Replenishing paper supplies and syrup toppings
Handling cash – accurately processing transactions, taking payment and making change
Maintaining COWS high standards for cleanliness within the store
Maintaining a clean, fresh personal appearance at all times
Other duties as assigned by a Supervisor / Manager
Qualifications:

Has high energy, a warm pleasant attitude, outgoing, and is a team player
Displays good communication skills, formally & informally
Has good organizational skills
Is flexible, motivated, and eager to contribute
Has a sense of humor
Has a competitive spirit
Physical Requirements:

Repetitive tasks, specifically in the wrists
Bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
Standing for the duration of the shift
