Are you highly detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a motivated and organised Room Checker to support our Housekeeping Supervisors and Executive Housekeeper in ensuring every guest room meets the highest standards before guest arrival. You will play a key part in maintaining quality and consistency across our rooms, making sure each space is clean, complete, and warm and welcoming for our guests. Attention to detail, structure, and a methodical approach are crucial.

What You’ll Do
Assist the Housekeeping Supervisors and Executive Housekeeper in daily operations
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
Verify that all cleaning tasks have been completed thoroughly and correctly
Ensure rooms are fully stocked, well-presented, and guest-ready before check-in
Identify and report maintenance or repair issues promptly
Maintain guest privacy and room security at all times
Work closely with the housekeeping team, Front Office, and Maintenance departments
Support housekeeping duties when required, including:
Changing linens and towels
Cleaning bathrooms
Dusting and vacuuming
Removing garbage and recyclables
Help promote a positive and supportive team culture
Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Take on additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the department
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, but not essential
