Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting the overall operations of our food service establishment and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Assist in the organization of dishwashing area and ensure that all items are properly stored after cleaning.
Help maintain a clean kitchen environment by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
Support food preparation staff by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a collaborative setting.
