Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key in driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring basic math skills are utilized for cash handling.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
Assist customers with inquiries, providing solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Stay informed about new products, promotions, and technology sales trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to engage with customers effectively and build rapport quickly.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
A passion for technology sales is a plus, as you will be assisting customers with tech-related products.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
