As our Garde Manger, you’ll be responsible for executing beautiful cold dishes that set the tone for our guests’ dining journey. From artfully plated salads to elegant starters and house-made accompaniments, you’ll bring finesse, flavour, and balance to every plate.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and plate cold appetizers, composed salads, and accompaniments with precision and visual appeal
Set up and maintain the cold station with high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and mise en place
Execute consistent presentation and portioning of cold dishes, following established recipes and plating guides
Assist with house-made garnishes, dressings, terrines, and pâtés
Monitor product freshness and ensure proper storage of all cold items
Communicate effectively with the team during service and assist with prep for other stations as needed
Contribute to the smooth execution of private functions, banquets, and special events
Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols throughout all kitchen operations
What You’ll Bring
Experience working Garde Manger or cold kitchen stations - preferred
Excellent knife skills, plating precision, and a keen sense of aesthetics
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during high-volume service
A collaborative, team-first attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Passion for bold Canadian flavours and thoughtfully sourced ingredients
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Physical ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
