Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our Administration Department at Banff Fire & Safety Ltd. We are seeking someone with previous book keeping experience, who can handle multiple tasks in a busy office setting while maintaining high accuracy in various administrative and accounting duties.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting.
Maintain organized records of transactions and vendor/client communications.
Support the administration team with various clerical tasks as required.
Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated excellence in vendor/client relations is necessary.
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures is crucial.
Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is a must.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred.
