Job Overview

Tooloulou's is a small, busy restaurant in Banff serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. The Servers at our restaurant play an integral role in ensuring our customers have personal & memorable dining experiences. The right person will be passionate about food and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working as a Server in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.

Greet customers warmly and direct them to their tables
Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our system in a timely fashion
Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to dining room customers
Provide attentive service to customers by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meals
Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary

Requirements
High school diploma/GED preferred
ProServe Certification
Minimum 18 years of age
Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
Knowledge of food service regulations an asset
Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Starting Wage: $15.00 / hour + tips
