Only minutes from the centre of Banff, The Juniper Hotel is surrounded by nature. We have 52 guest rooms, a top-rated restaurant and some of the best mountain views in the valley. We’re proud to be rated in Banff’s Top 5 hotels by our guests. It’s an uplifting place to come to work!

A houseperson is a key part of our small, friendly housekeeping team. You make the hotel common areas look their best, ready to welcome our guests. You also support the team by organizing supplies and linens and helping with rooms as needed.

What you’ll do:

Maintain and clean assigned public areas including outdoor areas according to the set standards of the Juniper Hotel & Bistro.
Respond to guest and staff inquiries and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
Work as part of a team, maintaining open communication with colleagues and hotel staff.
What you’ll need:

Class 5 Driver's License - with a clean driving record.
Previous work experience in hospitality is an asset.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
A commitment to providing great guest service with a smile.
