Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Hospitality background. We encourage you to apply if you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent supervisory skills.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of The Fat Ox of Banff

- Be a mentor to teammates

- Recruit, train and onboard new hires
- Assist with planning and execution of groups and events

- Responsible for helping to maintain our service standards

- Administrative duties including cash-outs

Requirements:

- Ability to multi task
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Food and Beverage service knowledge
- A proven leader with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
