Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of quality in food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service
- Plan and organize special events or promotions to attract customers
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control measures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
