What can you expect?

Bourgeau Attendants provide an outstanding experience for our guests. They are responsible for directing all traffic control for arriving vehicles as well as answering any guest queries. They also maintain the parking lots and surrounding areas by removing garbage and watering plants. This is a physical position that requires heavy lifting and long periods of standing.

Key Responsibilities:
Directing traffic and coordinating parking.
Answering guest questions.
Watering flowers and maintaining other plants.
Garbage and recycling collection, organizing bins and loading with skid steer.
Town runs to Banff & Canmore to collect and drop off supplies and packages.
Vehicle Checks and miscellaneous maintenance. Painting/replacing pavers etc.
Requirements:
Passion for providing outstanding guest service.
Previous experience operating machinery (bobcat, sander, forklift) is an asset.
Must enjoy working outdoors and be willing to work in all weather conditions.
Excellent communication, teamwork and multi-tasking skills.
Prior physical outdoor experience is an asset.
Must be over age of 21 upon commencement of position to meet insurance requirements. Additional insurance requirements include providing a clean driver’s abstract and proof of an Alberta Drivers’ License (within 90 days of becoming an Alberta resident).
