What can you expect?

Bell Desk Agents provide an outstanding guest experience by creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. They assist guests with their queries and provide recommendations to maximize their stay. They are responsible for the safe and efficient handling and delivery of guest luggage and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent guest service.
Receiving and deliver luggage/other items to and from hotel rooms; Coordinate with the Front Desk and Warehouse to ensure flow is smooth and within guaranteed times.
Store and retrieve guest equipment from ski storage.
Efficiently answer guest inquiries regarding the area and hotel services and facilities
Remove snow from roofs and walkways.
Maintain public areas of the hotel including the ski storage area.
Cross-train for other hotel roles such as front desk or night audit.
Participate in the operation of hotel guest activities as needed.
Other duties as assigned; including janitorial.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 yrs old with a valid license and clean driving record for insurance purposes.
Previous service or hotel experience; able to demonstrate excellent guest service.
Exceptional interpersonal skills; reliable, a team player and able to use own initiative.
Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Able to complete training and testing for on-hill tracked vehicle license and snowmobile license.
Ability to complete manual labor, heavy lifting, and standing for long periods of time.
