The Role:

Working in our Guest Activities Division, you will enjoy being part of a team that creates an atmosphere of exceeding guest expectations by creating “picture perfect” guest experiences throughout the resort. Pool Attendants are responsible for creating a great guest experience and welcoming service while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the change rooms, the pool deck area and guest gym, as well as distribution and retrieval of towels. Pool Attendants are expected to know resort amenities and promptly answer any guest questions.

Job duties:

Setting up chairs, loungers, and other pool furniture.
Greet and welcome guests to the pool area in a friendly manner.
Providing guests with towels, refreshments and attending to their requests.
Advise guests and ensure pool rules and safety protocols are being followed.
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness of pool, hot tub, change rooms, and gym areas.
Ensure the facility is always in the highest level of cleanliness and sanitary condition and report any equipment deficiencies.
Maintain locker rooms and ensure all amenities are stocked.
Covering Guest Activities shifts, which includes but not limited to campfires, movie nights, and holiday celebrations.
Other duties as assigned.
Employment Experience and Educational Requirements:

Completion of a Hospitality degree or diploma is an asset.
Exhibits exceptional guest service abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrate unwavering commitment to health and safety, devoted to maintaining a secure work environment.
Dynamic, and enthusiastic individual capable of thriving under pressure while efficiently handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Possession of a First Aid certificate is an asset.
Have a valid ProServe certificate.
