We are seeking a persoanbvle Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the wedding and event industry with social media savvy, and have their finger on the pulse of event & design trends. The'll possess a blend of creativity and sales skills, while have an understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Operating under as three specific brands catering to different aspects of the event industry, Mountainscape Events, Mountainscape Weddings and Mountain Event Rentals; we provide full-service corporate event design & Facilitation, unique custom weddings and top-quality event rentals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing campaigns
Create and manage social media content on a number of platforms
Conduct initial meetings with potential wedding clients to sell our wedding services
Track and manage wedding leads and convert them to into clients
Update company websites using WordPress
Study Google Analytics to track website traffic and user engagement
Collaborate with the Weddings, Rentals and Events sales teams to create promotional materials
Assist in budgeting and planning marketing initiatives
Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
KEY SKILLS

Sales experience combined with strong interpersonal skills
Experience with WordPress for website management
Extensive skills in various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, Linked-In, Pinterest among others
Photography, photo editing and curating
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance
Understanding of SEO best practices to enhance online visibility
Ability to work within budget constraints for marketing activities
Previous experience in events or hospitality is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
