Good Earth Coffeehouse is looking for Full Time and Part Time team members to join Kitchen Team. Full Time is 21 – 40 hours per week and Part Time is 5- 21 hours per week. Must be willing to work 6 AM open shifts as well as closing shifts at 8 PM finish time, 75% of all our Baker & Barista shift start before 7 AM.

What we are looking for in new team members. Fun, Hard Working with an Outgoing personality, who love food and Customer Service. Must be willing to learn new skills and work well with others as well as Independently. Must be Clean, Organized, Confident in a kitchen and Making coffees, must able to Fallow a recipe. Problem Solving skills are necessary for this role.

The Baker & Barista is an early riser, multitasker, loves to bake, make latte art and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will be responsible for creating an Exceptional Customer Experience with your edible creations. This is a Fast Pace, Team Environment where the Barista engages, supports and educates our guests on all our offerings. Must be willing to learn new skills, keep their work environment clean and organized, work well with others, as well as work Independently. Pro- Serve certification is required.
