Reporting to the Aesthetics & Boutique Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Assist the Aesthetics & Boutique Manager with the supervision, management and growth of Spa Staff. Ensure to train all the service providers on the treatments relevant to them. Ensure to provide thorough training to the new team members. Ensure the cleaning of treatment rooms, dispensary and storage area. Anticipate in advance, all material and supplies and ensure their availability. Create new treatments and protocols for our guests Ensure all the service providers are aware of current promotions, policy changes and memorandums. Ensure staff maintains timing in relation to treatments to avoid any unnecessary delays. Ensure all the service providers provide a courteous and professional approach following the Spa LQA Standards. Responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, monthly inventories, storage and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets according to standards to ensure smooth operations. Responsible to provide training to other team members on Professional Inventory. Ensure the team is aware of monthly budget and individual retails and service targets. Other duties as assigned.
