Situated in Downtown Banff, our busy Head Office coordinates and supports the activities of our hotels, restaurants, spas, cinema, and retail outlets.

Join our team as a Revenue & Yield Coordinator contributing to the day to day administration of revenue, yield and inventory operations in a busy Revenue and Sales department. We are looking for a person who is motivated, curious, and growth driven. The successful candidate will be involved with a variety of tasks and projects including but not limited to rate loading, inventory management, maintenance of rate parity and content across all selling channels.

Your Responsibilities will include:
Assist in monitoring hotel occupancy level and room-type availability for all properties
Build and maintain rates, packages, nightly minimums and quotas in the PMS
Assist in managing inventory for wholesale companies, includes weekly freesell report.
Monitor systems (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Extranets, etc) to ensure they are fully operational.
Work with OTA companies to maintain systems setups, content presentation and rate parity
Assist with the identification and resolution of any general functional issues/queries regarding rate and inventory set-up
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly STR submissions for all properties
Completes other tasks and projects as needed to support the Revenue Team
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience within the hotel and tourism industry
Highly computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office tools, in particular Microsoft Excel
Ability to quickly learn new technology, processes, and programs when required
A natural love of numbers and analytics would be considered an asset
Strong “can-do” attitude with willingness to be flexible and adaptable
