Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Experience Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be the face of Banff By Scooter, ensuring every customer interaction is delightful and memorable. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients, assisting them with scooter rentals, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from booking to return.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with rental inquiries and bookings.
Provide detailed information about our fleet of Vespa scooters, rental procedures, and pricing.
Ensure all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed accurately.
Conduct thorough inspections of scooters before rental and upon return.
Educate customers on scooter operation and safety guidelines.
Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate scooter reservations and manage the rental schedule efficiently.
Uphold cleanliness standards for scooters and the rental office.
Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
