The right candidate embodies the Caribou spirit including:
Fun, enthusiastic team player
Great communication skills & attention to detail
Enjoy talking on the phone
Can work weekends and evenings
You have used a PMS before and have experience in hospitality, reception or customer service (this is an asset but not required)
What you will be doing:
You will be the go-to-person for booking all the spa services – You’ll be talking about relaxation and pedicures all day- how nice!!
Share all your knowledge about the wonderful treatments we offer
Manage treatment schedules in the best way to maximize sales
