Our kitchen teams prepare a diverse range of dishes served to both in-house restaurant patrons and to hotel guests choosing room service. Our Sous Chef supports the daily restaurant operations and demonstrates their passion for food by preparing high-quality meals in a timely, safe, and creative way.

Prior experience as a line cook
Positive team player with a strong willingness to learn
Ability to understand both verbal and written English
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
Can work weekends, evenings and holidays
Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce products of the highest quality
Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.
Ensure food preparation and presentation standards are met
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Restock items as needed
Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas
Work within the budgeted guidelines for the kitchen and to take responsibility for, and minimize; labour costs, food costs, wastage and expenses
Supervise, coach and support members of the culinary team
