Standish Towing & Recovery proudly operates a fleet of over 15 trucks, dedicated to providing reliable and efficient towing services. Our WreckMaster certified drivers undergo rigorous technical training to ensure top-quality service and safety for every customer.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tow Truck Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting customers in roadside situations, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills will shine.

Responsibilities

Safely operate tow trucks and related equipment to recover and transport vehicles
Assist customers with roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, Fuel delivery and more
Maintain accurate E-logs of all towing
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers
Ensure compliance with all local traffic laws and company safety policies
Completing invoices and collecting payment
Experience

Customer service experience with a focus on positive interactions and problem-solving
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) - Preferred Class 1, 3 and Air brakes
References recommended
