We’re seeking Prep Cooks to join us at Park! Park is a backcountry lodge inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Our menu features campfire-inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties served alongside our award-winning spirits. We are the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park. Earn up to $27.50/hr in summer (Wage $19.00–$20.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)

What You'll Do:

Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met
Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Assist with training new team members as required
What You Have:

Excellent work ethic and communication skills
Previous culinary experience is an asset
You thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule required
