Overview:
We are looking for super friendly, outgoing, personable people to help us launch a new chocolate store in Banff this summer!



The store is located in Cascade Shops, and the Grand Opening is on Wednesday, August 5 from 9am – 8:30pm.



This role is perfect for chocolate lovers and those who know how to make a great first impression as lots of consumers you interact with will be tourists. You’ll be helping create memorable brand moments, all while representing one of the most iconic chocolate brands in the world.



You are:

Friendly, approachable, and great with people
A confident verbal communicator
Reliable, organized, and ready to jump in
Comfortable working in a busy public environment
Bonus: comfortable taking photos or capturing content


What you’ll do:

Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and personality
Engage shoppers, tourists and / or locals in a positive, helpful way
Deliver key messaging clearly and naturally
Support activation set-up, tear-down, replenishment, and cleanliness
Help keep the footprint looking sharp and guest-ready
Track activity and support program goals
Bring great vibes to every shift
