Full job description
We are looking for a dependable Concrete Finisher to join our construction team in the Bow Valley. This role involves placing, finishing, and repairing concrete for a variety of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, works well as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Place, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
Smooth and finish concrete surfaces to the required specifications.
Install and remove concrete forms as needed.
Assist with concrete pours, including screeding, floating, edging, and troweling.
Repair and patch concrete surfaces when required.
Work with other crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
Keep the worksite clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a concrete finisher is an asset.
Knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Physically fit and able to perform demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow direction.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
Compensation:

Hourly wage based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
