About the Hotels

Our Banff Collection offers guests three unique experiences, each delivering authentic Rocky Mountain hospitality while appealing to a diverse mix of leisure and group travelers. Together, the portfolio represents a strong market presence supported by exceptional service, established recognition and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.


What You'll Do

As the commercial leader for the portfolio, you'll develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that maximize revenue, grow market share and strengthen each hotel's position within the Banff marketplace.
You'll work closely with Operations, Revenue Management and Regional Leadership to identify opportunities, capitalize on market trends and build long-term partnerships that drive business year-round.


Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with annual revenue and profitability goals.
• Drive corporate group, leisure, wholesale and tour business across the hotel portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Lead all account management activities, including prospecting, negotiations, contracting and client retention.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, segmentation and business mix.
• Develop and oversee annual marketing plans, digital campaigns, partnerships and promotional initiatives.
• Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, sales missions and networking functions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, sales reports and business reviews for senior leadership.
• Coach, mentor and inspire a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with tourism partners, destination organizations and community stakeholders.


What You Bring
• 5+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience.
• Proven success developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, distribution channels and market segmentation.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and market data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with independent or multi-property hotel environments is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of the Banff, Alberta or Western Canadian hospitality market is preferred.
