Kitchen Staff (Part-time) / Front of House Staff (Part-time)

We are looking for friendly and motivated team members to join our small ramen restaurant in Banff.

Our restaurant has only 15–20 seats, creating a welcoming and team-oriented environment. While we get busy during peak hours, we value teamwork, quality, cleanliness, and great customer service above all.

Positions Available

Kitchen Staff (Part-time)

1–3 shifts per week
Approximately 5 hours per shift
Front of House Staff (Part-time)

Morning shifts available
Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who enjoy working as part of a small team.

You are someone who:

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Works well with others
Is willing to help wherever needed
Has a positive attitude
Has kitchen experience (preferred but not required)
Can commit to working for at least 3 months
Kitchen Responsibilities

Food preparation and cooking
Prep work
Cleaning
Inventory organization
Assisting customers when needed
Front of House Responsibilities

Customer service
Taking orders and processing payments
Answering phone calls
Prep work
Cleaning
Organizing inventory
As we are a small team, FOH staff will also help with simple kitchen tasks such as basic prep work and dishwashing when needed.

During Training

Front of House

$15/hour + tips
Kitchen

$19/hour + tips
(Tips average approximately $4+/hour.)

After Training

Kitchen

$19–20+/hour + tips
No experience: starting from $19/hour
Experienced cooks: starting from $20/hour
Pay increases by $1/hour once you are able to work independently.
Front of House

Wage will be discussed based on experience.
