Banff Social is looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Front of House (FOH) Support Staff to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for one shift a week or a full-time schedule, we'd love to hear from you. Casual positions are also available.

As part of our FOH Support team, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by assisting our servers and bartenders during service.

What You'll Be Doing

Running food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
Polishing glassware, cutlery, and plates.
Assisting with table maintenance and resetting tables.
Supporting servers and bartenders during busy service periods.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of FOH stations.
Helping ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Providing friendly, professional service while working as part of a dynamic team.
What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
Schedule

Flexible scheduling.
From 1 shift per week up to 5 shifts per week.
Casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities available.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is an asset.
