Banff Social is looking for passionate, hardworking, and reliable Line Cooks to join our culinary team. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or casual shifts, we offer flexible scheduling and a positive work environment where you can grow your culinary career.

Working alongside our talented chefs, you'll help create memorable dining experiences inspired by the Canadian Rockies using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to Banff Social recipes and standards.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our expectations.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Assist with daily prep and maintain organized prep lists.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Follow food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock using FIFO procedures.
Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications

Previous kitchen or line cook experience is preferred but not required.
Passion for food and hospitality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Food Safe Certification is an asset.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
