Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Supervisor to lead our Pizza Pizza team in Banff. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver a memorable dining experience while managing all aspects of restaurant management with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality, consistency, and food safety compliance.
Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Micros POS systems), and daily financial reconciliations accurately.
Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed diligently to meet health regulations.
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring qualified staff to build a strong, customer-focused team.
Monitor customer service levels, address guest concerns promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health standards.
Collaborate with management on inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Support restaurant management initiatives including marketing efforts and community engagement.
Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in food service or restaurant environments.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper kitchen practices.
Previous restaurant management or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
Ability to interview candidates and contribute to hiring decisions.
Experience with restaurant operations including kitchen management, serving, and barista duties is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food quality and cleanliness standards.
