We are hiring for a variety of culinary positions, including line cook, prep cook, production chef and Chef de Partie.

At BCP, you'll have opportunity gain exposure to different kitchen styles, menus, and concepts while working alongside experienced culinary professionals.

BCP operates 8 unique restaurants offering a range of culinary experiences - from fast-paced cafés and high-volume production kitchens to upscale dining and leadership opportunities.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality and presentation
Handle food safely according to health regulations and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
Ensure all food is stored properly and inventory is managed effectively
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experience
Qualifications

Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification required
Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
