Full job description
Looking to build your career in and gain experience in HR, administration and accounting support? Banff Caribou Properties is seeking an organized and people-focused professional to be the first point of contact for employees and visitors while supporting our HR and Accounting teams.

This is a full-time, in-person position based at Head Office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed weekends and holidays).

What You'll Do

HR Administration
Support onboarding, and employee documentation.
Create employment letters, staff ID cards, name tags, and business cards.
Assist with benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
Accounting & Administrative Support
Perform data entry and provide administrative support for accounting processes.
Reception
Welcome employees, candidates, and visitors to Head Office.
Respond to inquiries and connect people with the appropriate resources.
Help create a positive and professional employee experience.
Office & Program Support
Open and close the office, ensuring security.
Manage mail, office supplies, and shared office spaces.
Coordinate the distribution of materials between BCP properties.
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Previous administrative experience required.
