Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a hygienic and well-maintained environment for staff and visitors. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities while working during night shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces.
Conduct routine commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed to management.
Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with safety and health regulations.
Keep cleaning supplies organized and stocked for efficient operations.
Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during night shifts.
Skills

Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred.
Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic repair techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Good organizational skills to manage supplies and prioritize tasks during overnight hours.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently during night shifts.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
This position is essential for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment outside regular business hours. Candidates should be committed to high standards of cleanliness and safety while working independently during night hours.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
