Wild Flour bakery is a bustling spot in downtown Banff, famous for our fresh bread, pastries and quality coffee. Locals and visitors love to gather here and discuss the day's adventures. We give back to our community and care for our environment, including sourcing ingredients from local producers and zero-waste practices. Come be part of the atmosphere!

The Busser/Dishwasher at Wild Flour Bakery Café is crucial to creating a clean, welcoming environment for our customers and supporting our commitment to sustainability and zero waste. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils, and actively participating in our zero waste initiatives.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
