Are you passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences in the heart of Banff? UNA pizza + wine is looking for dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as Prep/Line Cooks.

About Us: Located in the picturesque town of Banff, UNA pizza + wine offers a vibrant dining experience where our commitment to quality ingredients and exceptional service sets us apart. Our menu features delicious pizzas, small plates, and a curated selection of wines, all crafted with care and creativity.

Position Available: Prep / Line Cook

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and preparing meats.
Assist in the cooking and preparation of various menu items, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Set up stations and ensure all necessary supplies are ready for service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, following health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to uphold efficient operations during service.
Requirements:

1-2 years kitchen experience minimum.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
